This is a ‘self-assessment’ document which should be completed only after reading the SustainaWOOL^TM Integrity Scheme Manual and Audit Checklist, issued separately. Wool growers who fulfil the requirements detailed in the Manual and Audit Checklist and who pay the annual membership fee will receive SustainaWOOL^TM Integrity Scheme accreditation.
