SustainaWOOL Integrity Scheme Grower Checklist (Version 6.0)
This is a ‘self-assessment’ document which should be completed only after reading the SustainaWOOL Integrity Scheme Manual and Audit Checklist, issued separately. Wool growers who fulfil the requirements detailed in the Manual and Audit Checklist and who pay the annual membership fee will receive SustainaWOOL Integrity Scheme accreditation.

This form is a comprehensive assessment of the management of your wool production facility and as a result will take some time, possibly as much as one hour to complete. There is a risk that if your internet connection is interrupted at any point in the process of completing the form you may lose the information you have already entered and have to repeat all or part of the process. We recommend using the registration below to first signup to the SustainaWOOL website so that you can login and fill out the form as a logged in user. When this happens you will see a ‘Save draft’ link at the bottom of each page allowing you to save your position and at a later time login and pick up where you left off. Your form responses will also be automatically saved each time you progress to a new page. After registering, look for your email confirmation, then login and commence working on the form.
